What is Chiropractic?
Taking a Natural Systemic Approach to Healing
Chiropractic is a way of looking at the human body as an integrated series of systems. It's based on the idea that the body is often self¬sustaining and self¬healing.
Your brain is control central but the spinal cord and vast network of nerves that carries its messages is what effectuates the body functions. When your spine and the nervous system is not operating at its peak performance, your overall body is suffering.
Chiropractic care doesn’t use drugs to treat pain or discomfort. Over the counter drugs and/or prescription medications may only be ‘band-aids’ to provide temporary relief for symptoms rather than treating the source of the pain or injury. Chiropractic treatments are natural and prompts the body to heal itself.
Many people believe chiropractors only treat back and neck pain, but they treat a variety of painful disorders involving soft tissue, vertebrae, joints, etc.
• Back pain
• Carpal tunnel syndrome
• Degenerative disc disease
• Disc Problems
• Joint dysfunction
• Neck pain
• Pinched Nerve
